A Little About Our History...
The passion for "The Emerald Sims Estates
was started by Co-Founder Veronica (Steele) Carrion
in 2004. She developed a love for the Sims' while her
husband was away on a tour of duty. She introduced the
Sims to me, her mother and Founder, Donna Butler. Over
time we developed and discussed many aspects of the
game. As I started joining in on other Sims groups and
later started one of my own, dedicated to building homes
for the Sims. I found that my houses were in great demand.
People were excited about the style and quality of the
homes we created. This sparked an idea in me to become
a home builder and entrepreneur for the growing Sims
community. On your visit at the Emerald Sims Estates
we are sure that you will be quite impressed and satisfied
with what you see and what you get. So, a huge part
of our success has come from listening to you, our members.
Please keep up the good work and keep those ideas and
suggestions coming!
We have been building homes for the Sims going on 3-1/2
years now. As the game changes and new things develop,
we will continue to offer you the quality you demand
and rightfully deserve for your personal pleasure. Our
homes are built using real
floor plans; therefore, you will find
that they are quite realistic and extremely playable.
We also have a partnership with Grapholina's
Sims 2, and on that site, we offer free quality
downloads for our members.
We truly hope you will join us here at ESE and GS2,
to join in all there is to learn and in all the fun.
Our Statement to You
To understand the quality that we put into our homes,
you need to be either an architect or interior designer
or just hold an engineering degree in Sims.
"We build houses like we plan on living in them
ourselves", at a price some might say is unbelievably
reasonable. Then again, our goal is to provide you with
"Quality you would expect to pay a lot more for".

Future Goals
We are in the process of brainstorming in order
to bring back Sims College... a place where all can
share knowledge, learn at a leisurely pace through instructors
who are hardly ever mean.
